Return period

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received, unused and unworn,

  • Unopened for cosmetic/beauty products (seal must be intact for hygiene reasons),

  • With tags and original packaging,

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

⚠️ Important: Returns are not accepted if the wrong shade was chosen. Please double-check your selection before placing your order.

How to request a return

  1. Contact us at browlia.contact@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Items sent back without prior approval will be refused.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products,

  • Beauty/cosmetic items for hygiene reasons,

  • Sale items,

  • Gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
